Are you a slave to your treadmill? Do you spend hours and hours on end chained to the elliptical or stationary bike? Ughhh... Cardio. We all need to do it. It's good for our hearts! BUT- what's the BEST kind of Cardio should we be doing? Does slow & steady win the race or should we sprint to the finish line? What is the most effective for weight loss?
